Brilliant remake / reimagined version of the 1970's TV show. Not sure what critics are moaning about. Great cast, good mix of characters and got me hooked from the opening scenes onwards. There was a nod to the theme but the original would have been better just as they kept it for Endeavour, the younger Morse. I think it will go from strength to strength. Top job.
