This was an amazing movie. As a Korean, I had background knowledge about the gwangju uprising, so I couldn't hold back my tears since the start of the movie. I actually sobbed so much throughout the whole movie. It's so, so so so heartbreaking that this happened in real life. It was gut wrenching and very gruesome. I will forever be grateful for the people in gwanju who contributed their lives. More people need to watch this.
