Wow it blew my mind. This is worth watching over and over again. I have been looking for a better and healthier way to eat. As indicated in this documentary, it confirmed how I felt about the major web pages on health and eating that it makes no sense to recommend the food that cause the bodies issues. So plant based is the way to go and if my body craves or wants meat it will be introduced every now an then but rest assure I am planning to eliminate the meat and dairy totally. Thank you for this enlightenment.
