I use to enjoy this excellent weekday soap. But it seems lately it does not reflect the reality of the NHS and the GP practice. The doctors seem hardly to work. Playing table tennis; long lunches; roaming in parks playing silly games; surgery practically empty most times. People just walk in and seen through immediately. It is not the reality of most GP practices where It takes two weeks to see a doctor and doctors do have the time to spends huge amount of time one person.
