Absolutely worth watching. Each season's storyline is very engaging and well told. To some the plots might seem implausible but each season leaves you with a different perspective on the depth of intelligence work and geopolitical issues. Love the characters and the actors' performances, most especially, John Krasinski's portrayal of Jack Ryan.
