The time frame that we are made to believe to get organised before the guests arrive is such a joke. Nobody can do all that preparation and decorating and the shopping in 3 hours. Why does the show keep perpetuating this myth. The other annoying thing is the rental of the houses that the pair cook and present their restaurant in. I thought it was supposed to be their own home. Some are so bare, like the empty kitchen cabinets in an ultra modern mansion that it's hard to believe that they live there, especially if they can't even work the stove and the oven.
