horrible book. written by a bigoted hypocrite. we're not hurting anyone. all this book 'teaches' whatever poor child is forced to read it is that happiness is not achievable and that pain and dysphoria are a norm that should be bottled up. i wish i had a book when i was younger that had a gender queer-inclusive story. instead i was forced to read crap like this... are parents honestly more willing to see their kids depressed and hating themselves, than to just accept different name or pronouns? pathetic.
