Omg what a drag. Nothing makes sense. Luke and Lorelei with the “getting married” again? And never talked about having kids? Jess still into Rory some 15 yrs later…? Don’t get me started on Paris and Tristan… ridiculous. If you’ve no ideas, please don’t write. One of the worst story telling even seen.

Season one is definitely enjoyable, non-credible moments are few and apart, and it touches on the issue of emotional and mental abuse. Season two is just a messy, nonsensical series. Real bummer.

It holds up overall, but it’s psychologically silly. The last episode seek the thriller-moments rather than flashing out the complexity of the revelation. They should have followed the book all the way through, which is much more compelling and believable.

Bad in a familiar way. Famous actors. No story line. Predictable story. Can’t believe that Clooney and Pitt end up in these productions, given the resources they have and the fact that they both can act if they want.

Well acted, but rather repetitive. Every episode has them almost breaking up, then they don’t… pretty predictable. But at least it has a nice script for conversations.

A missed opportunity. Entertaining, but with a story that involves one of the first female Police officers ever and the talent of the cast, they could have produced a more reflective movie on the struggles women had to face at the time. the gimmicks get tiring soon.

Hard to believe they still do romcom like this. Basically white, heterosexual super fit people, one or two black characters as “props”, stereotypes on women. Ugh. I thought we left he ‘90s behind.

This movie tries really hard to touch on very complex topics, but the setting is too unrealistic. I understand the metaphorical level, but it has to be done in a way in which the audience relates to it (as in Get Out, very successful in this). I’ve never met German children, but middle schoolers don’t behave like that. Not the older ones. And why are the kids all so articulated, so capable of expressing themselves, so untied? Too forced. So it ends up being a well-acted, but rather boring, movie

SPOILER!!! So, as many have said... great acting. Everyone does a good job. But it's *too* unreal. No mother would plot all of that to adopt a kid that not theirs right after their own dies. More credible, with some concessions, would have been to have a story of Céline driving Alice crazy out of revenge, in the way it happens in the first half of the movie. Up to there, I was taken in by the plot; especially given that it is not quite clear whether Alice is in fact imagining things. Or, alternatively, a more intriguing ending would have been not to reveal anything - build up tension between the two women, and leave the ending enigmatic - "Was Alice crazy?!"

As many reviews pointed out, it’s cringy. They didn’t understand what diversity means. On top of that, they had no ideas - we still see Carry asking if Mr Big was a Big mistake? Really? So immature. Charlotte going back to work like a diva? She had a gallery, she didn’t cure cancer. Writers, if you’ve no ideas, don’t do a reboot.
