I love your show I worked in a restaurant for years and we were a country kitchen! We used fresh meats veggies and fruits! Never had any problems we were packed always! Never hard had dishes sent back! If the cooks didn’t get along the trouble maker was fired! We were like a happy family even thou there was hardly no family working there together! The restaurant was inspections often and we always had a good rating! But every single day the kitchen and dinning areas was kept clean! It’s gross to see some of the things people save! Lol we hardly had leftovers and what was left the staff was given to take home! Always fresh foods was served! Our steaks was fresh and cut on steak night I have to say we had good managers and staff! It’s amazing how u turn restaurants around! My son and I watch your shows together and we love them! Gerri!
