Loved it----explains how we have a personality and many other ones through time but at the same time we are the main soul that guides all these personalities one by one to learn what and why we live so many lives. sounds hard but the main lesson is do EVERYTHING IN LIFE WITH LOVE AND ACCEPTANCE,,,NEVER HATE OR JUDGEMENT. It brought me peace after 77 years of struggle. It made me understand how to step back and accept why other act the way they do even when they wound us. Their reasons are valid too and arrive from experiences they have to overcome in order to accept themselves. Sound whoo whoo but makes perfect sense once you get it.
