Ironically I feel like this movie did the kids and parents better than the original but wonka, Oompa Loompa and the songs suck. I’ve never seen Johnny depp bomb a character this bad. Also, why is oompa a loompa a little Indian man? I always connected oompah loompa to the beat of the song. You change that and it’s just pointless. The 1971 and 2023 version were way better. This was horrible in my opinion.
