I watched the marvels this past Saturday night. I was curious about the bad reviews it was getting but decided to see for myself what the hooplah was about, maybe the movie needed another 20 minutes run time to flesh things out more but I found it was fine at the runtime it was at. The tone shifts between serious and joking and throwaway villan controversy I sort of understand as it was every few minutes or so and dar-bann was beat rather easily but other movies did the same and weren't hated for it like the first gotg with the dance off scene and iron man 3. So while it wasn't this big awesome movie people wanted it wasn't bad, I'd go see it again if I wanted to it was fun to watch
