I guess some folks didn't grow up watching 80's classics, or at least appreciative. I mean come on.. "Date Rape" and "Agression" it's a MOVIE, it's FANTASY. It's a depiction of a folklore fairytale.. THAT'S what it's depicting, lol 🙄🤪.. it's baffling the way ppl watch films, they don't separate what they see on screen which is fantasy... from what they've experienced in reality.. 🤣🤣🤣 tryna paint a narrative that was never there to begin with 🤦‍♂️ 😂... No, bt seriously this right here.. is one of my childhood favorites as a late millennial growin' up in the 90s. This was the kind of films we were allowed to watch growin' up. Family Movies, flix, sitcoms from the 70s-90s and we took great joy and pride in it... now as for the film, it just had so much texture and flavor and substance that you just don't get anymore in modern cinema... like the series for instance... first few seasons were alright, bt as the show went on... it just became aimless, bland, and too predictable... wasn't believable, and doesn't stand the test of time like the movie. Not even the sequel from '87 OMG!!! 🙄🤦‍♂️ Never seen such a ripoff so BLATANT.. I was devastated they didn't bring back the main character. Which brings me to say this.... Yah bless Michael J. Fox., one of my childhood heroes, I looked up to, and admired deeply. Really unique individual, with a unique approach to cinematography.. one that knows how to delve deep and bring an entire franchise to LIFE!!! 💪.. Nobody can fill those shoes for those roles like Mike. Simply one of a kind. Now on a more personal note: Idc if it's too late... I 💯 % BELIEVE that there is still a cure out there. That can eradicate this awful disease for good. And I have faith, it'll all work out, in Yeshua's name 🙏💪!!! Bc I'm not writing this to convince anyone it's good.. I could care less what anyone thinks. I'm just sharing what it means to me... and I see it as a great movie.. 10/10.. 👏👏👏, a timeless classic for the ages.. Enjoy 👌
