Women... you can't live with them, you can't live without them! This horrifically misogynistic film would not be made today and the male centric, sexist values are very obviously unacceptable even for then. However, what can exist at the same time is a fun, light hearted, easy to watch, well made comedy. Should we be laughing at the jokes? No. However, as a fun Sunday afternoon watch that sparks conversation on the patriarchy, misogyny, how far we've come, and how far we need to go, I highly recommend.

This a real gem that went under the radar and deserves a resurgence of appreciation. Such a brilliant quirky comedy. Love how it plays with the archetypes of the children characters which actually grounds it with a voice of reason. The cast is fantastic. The writing is fun and interesting. This a quality, silly comedy. If you enjoyed Schitts Creek and Kim's Convenience Store I feel that it's very likely you'll get a kick out of this.
