I’d like to say this is a great step into a direction that DC films needs. Shazam was good. But they needed to take the risk! This one paid off majorly. This characters lore will grow much larger with the delivery of Joaquin Phoenix. Todd Phillips brings you to a world of a mentally ill man in a society that doesn’t care at all about him. Gotham City was perfect and this movie is the Ultimate set up to a batman film. Fantastic film. 4.5/5
