It took me two nights to read this book. I was held captive by the twists, turns, and struggles of each character. As an adult male, I found this book causing me to reflect on the issues the youth face along with perceived notions and misunderstandings of my own generation. I came away from this story with a better understanding of the world that I want to live in; a world where we might disagree on some things and respect one another and support one another in a world that is already difficult to maneuver through. I loved this book!
