Visually stunning. The underlying story was good. I am disappointed yet again that Warner Bros still cannot make a decent Superhero movie. Given the hype, not even Dwayne Johnson could save this film. It felt as if DC is falling into the same hole as Marvel, providing B heroes a platform. Yes there are hundreds of supporting characters in comic lines, but the A list makes things happen. Hawkman was portrayed as an equal when he is third string at best. Dr Fate was out of his element and did not fit anywhere in this telling. The other two aren't worth naming. Justice Society? Where was Green Lantern? So many missed opportunities. I hope with the new direction, they can figure it out.
