The movie is sending pretty complex message which is reflecting of $$, and male dominant of some part of modern world is still going on. It is a great character of real nature of man character who seem to be nearly animal but he does have most sense of moral and touching heart. For instance the sex part do link a man and a women into intermarry relationship. What he had expressed his lost and unborn child in the grave yard and bring her crop back to father who traded her as his merchandise business. 2nd daughter rebel to revenge. He recuse and recover her from nearly dead. However, at the end she realized and have to experience the lost of her most loved human being who she destroyed his life and his hope by her limited knowledge to her own bare hand. I just couldn't figure out how the end should be different. Definitely looking for part II is coming on the way.
