i just watched this like 2 minutes ago at first i thought the story should be pointless but the further story goes it turned to a masterpiece and art design is beautiful.i think story was telling us that we are humans because we have emotions as it shown in anime the people wasn't able to feel anything and because of that they didn't feel that they are alive. the world that younger characters were living in it was the best version of them and they were free from everything on that world.also the direction was godly a must watch anime for everyone.
