This album is beautiful, I wouldn't be exaggerating to say this album has changed the trajectory of my life. My favorite song "Dancing With Our Hands Tied." I feel like this song personally resonates within me. Growing up learning I'm a lesbian with an extremely religious family, but I had Dancing With Our Hands Tied. "I, I loved you in secret," falling in love, but recognizing in the eyes of others my love is taboo and sinful. "Sometimes when I look into your eyes I pretend you're mine all the damn time." THESE LYRICS ARE SPEAKING TO ME!! Liking a straight woman in a relationship is not for the weak :(. "They fade to nothin' when I look at him." At the end of the day all those derogatory remarks mean nothing to me, because she's the only thing that matters to me, and they can say whatever they want about me. "So call it what you want, yeah, call it what you want to." So call it what you want to. "And baby, for you, I (I) would (would) fall from grace." I'd lose religious approval to love you. "'Cause all the boys and their expensive cars With their Range Rovers and their Jaguars Never took me quite where you do." I feel like falling in love with a woman is so much different compared to falling in love with a man.. It's all- consuming but so beautiful. "If you've got a girlfriend, I'm jealous of her But if you're single, that's honestly worse," because how will I know if you're into women, or not?? Thank you, Taylor Swift. Everyone's perception of this album is different, which makes it even more marvelous.
