This is master-level story-telling combined with state-of-the-art cinematography. This isn't about visceral survival porn, it is about appreciating surviving the human condition. I haven't experienced anything like this since reading Gabriel Garcia Marquez's 'One Hundred Years of Solitude'. A masterpiece.
