Hi there!!! I'm a watcher of Keep Running ever since Season 1!!! Literally I watched Season 1 episode one the day it was released :))). I already knew it was a spin-off, but it managed to make itself its own unique show and I love that!!! Since I grew up on this show, it was sad to see the amount of lineup changes throughout the years, but no matter how different the cast and the aura, it still was funny as ever and kept me laughing at the end of a long and hard week. I do miss the older cast very often, but the new cast isn't any worse! I still support to old cast in their solo activities away from Keep Running. I'm so grateful to Li Chen, Zheng Kai, and Angelababy for staying in the cast. The 2019 and 2021 seasons have got to be my favorite though, I got into Kpop because of Yuqi and Lucas :))) Im just so grateful for this show, it introduced me into a lot of hobbies and activities that I just didn't enjoy before. It motivated me to get up and move and start exercising more. I lost some weight while watching this show, it really taught me a lot of the things I know today. It uses it's popularity to spread awareness about a lot of problems in this world, like Climate Change. This show really makes me happy. So excited for the new season!!! Kinda sad that the lineup changed again, but no hate to Zhou Shen, love him!!!! With long standing shows like this, it makes sense the lineup will change a lot. Personally, the cast of Deng Chao, Li Chen, Chen He, Zheng Kai, Angelababy, Wang ZuLan, Lu Han, and Diliraba Dilmurat was the peak of this show. With the guests like Song XiaoBao and Wang BaoQiang who came really often really made me happy. The 2019 cast really has a special place in my heart, because some of my favorite people were in it, and it still had that original spark of comedy that it used to have, even the PD was the same. As a long-term fan, lineup changes really hit hard :((( Anyways, great show!!! Really funny and keeps the mood light while making everyone aware of some problems. They have a really diverse episode lineup with some mystery and some just pure comedy. While others full on sport battles. Really love this show!!! Be careful though, most seasons don't have English Sub :(((

It's a good show when you watch the highlights. I don't think there is any platform that airs all of it because of the amount of time in between each activity and the idols are basically there the whole day, it gets kinda boring. Not saying that the activities are boring but watching the whole thing is different than watching the highlights. Basically saying the highlights most of the time are just the most enjoyable parts abt this show ig.
