We will not be back! We have been going here since it opened. For the most part it was always a great experience. We would bring friends and visiting family to share the environment. However…Lately customer service is the worst. We also would go just to buy the popcorn and never had an issue. Today 10 people standing behind the popcorn counter, half looked like they had nothing better to do than look at each other. The manager came over and told me I could not order popcorn from their counter I had to go to the bar because we weren’t there for a movie. Walked 2 feet to the bar side, to a packed bar and one bar tender. Not the way to keep business. So we will not be back and give our business to theaters that believe in customer service, which clearly isn’t their primary focus!
