While the subject is prediictable to most, i found three things that leave really great taste after watching. 1. Less dialogues and more music driven scenes (like nocturnal animals, any other zimmer/ dramatic scenes backed by solid music and no dialogues) 2. The strategic perspective on Indian revolution from the protagonists pov. Add to that list of freedoom fighters. I'm ashamed too say i didn't know all of them. 3. Acting - No doubt there Nith Hooda's method acting. Amit Sial is a pleaasant addition of a strong victim and ankita delivers pain hidden through veneer of strength so well. And mark bennigton - the familiar face we love to hate.

This movie is simply a complete entertainer. Given the budget and my past outing in theological movie (K...), i went in with abysmally low cgi expectations. But was i pleasantly surprised. The wordplay in Hanu-man is quite smart. I never saw that as spiderman, batman etc. But this is better than most marvel movies you watched in 2023. The story is not very different from most origin stories but it's well done. The opening sequence alone (yes you'll feel some of hawkeye in japan, cap in winter soldier) is enough to tell you that this movie has heart. The starting action sequence was true and had me hooked. Please watch it in theaters. Loved the villain's screen presence, cinematography, direction (duh) and the concept overall. The script is not something out of ordinary but then we don't expect a prestige in a marvel movie anyways. Why marvel not dc.. . Look at the colors in the movie. Bonus if you've ever felt connected to hanuman chalisa, watch it for the last five minutes. Also be prepared to laugh, feel sorrow, have goosebumps and forget your current world. It's a universe of its own. Pure cinematic experience.
