Leaves you only wanting more. Best explanation is the part one of a two part movie. Classic fight sequences, well balanced focus on back stories and focus on plot at hand. Actors nailed the characters across the board with plenty of comic relief built through out the movie. If you have been a fan of the games or spin off series you will truly enjoy this movie. The worst part is it leaves u longing for so much more and the next release. Loved the setup for the spin offs, (they hopefully make) if you have followed any of the animated movies and back stories. Loved the fresh take on a classic movie and perspective the director took. Kept everything you loved from the original with plenty of new things to look forward to. Just exactly what you want it to be. Definitely will be going to see this again for things I'm sure I missed.

Spoiler free ...First huge shout out to WB for picking the ball up yet again on a what was quickly becoming a drowning movie franchise and turning it into another perfect movie experience. Was a great cinematic experience. The movie incorporated everything from action, suspense, drama, and more charter development. They touched enough on back stories you could create a connection without prior knowledge of them wile not becoming lost in them. The action sequences were shot beautifully and the way they flowed through was incredible. They managed to maintain the comic feel and hints of unrealistic being brought to life. The way it was chaptered was a perfect fit and better take on the series and better depiction as well. The only down fall is people missing out on the full experience of the big screen for in home viewing. Support your local theater and give yourself a treat with this wonderful experience.
