After watching the previous 2 seasons I thought - well, what would be different in this one? I expected the same fabric of match-making/enemies to lovers etc but this season really surprised me.
Queen Charlotte: A bridgerton story is a class apart. The last episode left me and I guess almost everybody else in tears. The background score was so heartbreakingly beautiful! Everything felt so poetic and real. The fact that one can be loved with physical flaws, major physical flaws is stunningly conveyed. I also liked the chemistry of Reynolds and Brimsley, it was sad to see him doing the little waltz all by himself (if you know you know)!
I believe that this season is something people will write about and study. The diversity and inclusivity Bridgerton brings us is so refreshing. This season set a benchmark! It’s absolutely beautiful.
