Took my Mom for her 71st birthday. It was fantastic! I learned a lot about why Elvis is The King! My Mom and her sisters had a band in high school. Her love of music was passed down to me. Being exposed to the greats, Elvis, Brooke Benton, Sam Cooke, Otis Redding, Don Williams, Vern Gosdin, Bach, Queen, The Rolling Stones, The Beatles, Rod Stewart, Linda Rondstat. A plethora of music. Elvis represented the heart of music. Back in the time of segregation, when it was against the law for people of color to mix with white folks. Thank you for such a beautiful film, with a soundtrack of Artists today covering and remaking his music. Music is the International Language. We should embrace it more and the difference of others.
