I found the history of those years very depressing.This young boy fought to live with always a changing name and no family. The cruelty and murders were beyond belief,,,, and unfortunately are becoming a way of our present day.
Shreve’s research is well done and we look forward to HIS visit to our local BOOK CLUB this fall.
