This movie was better in its original version, Swept Away. I understand that the director wanted to show the class distinctions between the crew on the yacht and the passengers, but it was a bit much having a passenger insist that the entire crew go on the water slide and they did it. The scene of the captain’s dinner when they were in a storm was ridiculous. The worst was seeing the passengers get violently seasick at their tables. No one needs to see that. The end of the film was too upsetting. I understood it, but it was just too much. I didn’t find any humor in this movie at all.
