I knew Adam Sandler was a good actor, and I’m glad he did a film that people could actually witness that fact. He wears his loneliness like a wet suit. The movie can make you feel claustrophobic, even if you’re not claustrophobic lol. But the biggest thing I took from it, is that he didn’t notice his wife until he didn’t have her. Sometimes the movie slows down, but I feel like that’s the whole idea, so we can have an inkling of how the spaceman must feel.

I’m not a space pilot or theoretical physicist, but damn this movie is good. Watching a second time really allowed more information to be understood. But it was a father and daughter’s love for each other that really got me.
