Loved it. In terms of the lone wolf genre, this one is better than Reacher. For one, Justin Hartley's character is much more likeable than Reacher. He has great charisma, is vulnerable and is a nice person in general. The supporting cast does a great job as well. His crew seems to be a proper crew, having their own unique characteristics and value, rather than just be glorified props. The story is great, and it builds up to the second season pretty well.

What makes it amazing is that it gives you messages without being preachy, has totally relatable characters, amazing actors and really funny.

I was an ok ok fan of the 1980s karate kid movies. Broadly knew them. And I started watching cobra kai pretty late, based on a couple of reviews. What drew me to it was the concept of what happened to its main characters. What was the other side of the story- the bully's side? And boy I was fascinated. Became an instant fan. I just binge watched season 3. It's worth every minute of it. To see characters grow and transform gives me hope. Themes of redemption and forgiveness and friendship are done really well. With some really awesome humour. Must watch.
