This book is a good read for people who already believe in concepts like spirituality, after life, transition between past lives, rebirth, group reincarnation etc as it reaffirms their faith.
But for people, who surf with evidences and are more into logical reasoning and cognitive thinking, this book feels like a hard attempt to make you believe about the former mentioned concepts. That could be the reason why i found so many inaccuracies and loose ends while reading it
I read the book with an open mind since it was suggested by a friend and there were parts that did make sense like therapy, repressed memories being the reason of our mental issues etc but there were a lot of inaccuracies and concepts with no explanation whatsoever (like Catherine able to identify the year so correctly with AD and BC, able to identify people's faces and places although the concept of the entire book is transference of souls, attempt to push religious beliefs in between and Catherine not being interested whatsoever with what is going in that hypnosis session).
In the end, i took around 3-4 days to finish it. I don't think that this book is made for everyone.
