Just finished all the episodes. It's perfect. During first episode, it felt that the series is failing in translating the novel's captivating visuals, it didn't fit to the visualisation I had about it when I read the novel. But it was just a bias.

It is really painful to watch. Hurts immensely. Shows two crimes of Kongi govt.; responsible for letting people die by chemical and killings of Shikh by Kong criminals. Some people have problem with majority characters being Muslim. I don't see it imply anything. There is no religious angle in the story. The humane elements of story is heartwarming, especially Divyenndu's character.

This is completely garbage, loud, shallow, stereotypical nonsense.

Loved the simplistic, minimal writing. A clever, somewhat gloomy story, but it is enjoyable and thought provoking examination of an author's life.

This is one of the best movies of 2024. The visual style is captivating. Writing is very minimalist. Everything is so accurate. Theme is very accessible to all kind of viewers. Who doesn't want to remain young forever?! Who doesn't like a better version of themselves? But there is a catch. Will they truly love that version?

Indeed "a beautiful mess"! Majestic, lavish, epic style! Hollywood seems to forgot what is a cinematic style, what is the story telling on epic scale. Francis Ford Coppola came with Megalopolis, to remind the Hollywood of its great potential. This is also those kinds of films that I personally enjoy immensely, dense with arguments and larger themes. (Prior watching it, I was aware about the negative reviews it received. That's why my expectations were different and I started it with unbiased mindset. I knew this is not a typical big budget movie.)

The story is very flawed and twists are forcefully added to move the plot forward. It lacks the strong character and protagonist is almost like a cardboard character here. There is no dept, no dimensions to his character. Anand L. Ray's production is known to produce quality entertainers with unique stories, but this one is very poorly written and poorly executed.

I thoroughly enjoyed this breathtaking political thriller (which, in my opinion, is mistakenly marketed as psycho-horror)! As a form, it is very close to 'The Prestige.' The rivalry gradually unfolds, and at the end, we get the whole picture. Best suited for those who have some interest and understanding of the development of Physics during World War II and the political scenario of America at that time. And if you are a lover of good old-style drama and Nolan’s work, three hours are not too long for a story of this scale!
