Every single project Waterparks has released has been better than the last, and this is no exception - this is the best Waterparks album yet. I think I click with this band so hard because they're genre-hoppers, just like I am - looking past the more obvious pop-punk influences, the band draws on dance, hyperpop, trap metal, funk, ska and more. I've listened to this album so many times and each time I go back I notice more intricacies and layering in the instrumentals, some killer hooks and harmonies that you might not even notice on first listen but wield a set of songs that are unbelievably impressive, absurd, and just so damn catchy. I'm so excited to see what this band next.
