Yashwant Sinha has been a stalwart of Indian politics and has carved a niche for himself. A sweeping account of his journey from the humble beginnings in Patna to one of the highest echelons of policy-making makes The Relentless a fascinating read. I have much greater admiration for the man. A rare breed of men who would not bow down but rather suffer; an able administrator and astute policy-maker, Yashwant Sinha did it all. They don't make them like him anymore. Perhaps, Frank Sinatra's "I did it all my way," is the most apt description of his life and times. Relentless he is; Relentless he always will be. What a fantastic read.
