I haven't watched this movie but the trailer alone conveyed it to me that I shouldn't waste my time watching this. You can show a long distance marriage even without the forced backdrop of Madurai or the setting of a Tam Brahm household. If you're doing it, atleast get it right! If you're a non south indian and want to watch this movie, then don't. We are 5 different states, 4 different languages and a lot more dialects across those. It's 2021 and I can't believe we South Indians are still known as Dhanush and Rajanikant worshippers! Bollywood should stop making films about us. Go find your content elsewhere. The more we cancel such movies, the lesser audience there would be. Lesser audience, no funding. Simple as that. So, don't watch this movie. Even half a star isn't enough for this.
