Movie doesn’t make sense, the baby and mother deer being slaughtered in the first few moments of the movie was jarring and my kid was upset. They explain nothing, they don’t do anything logical, but try to excuse it. They ruined the personality and arcs of great characters, and went from a great first movie to killing toddlers and sacrificing deer then reanimating them, because magic. Disappointed, but not surprised. JKR and her transphobia was enough for me to refuse this movie, but gave it a shot to watch with my sister. Wasted my money, and I feel terrible supporting such a bad person. Bad bad bad. Terrible. Not good. Bad. If I could give zero stars I would.
