A beautifully shot film with great visuals and sound effects.
There isn’t much in the way of dialogue but there didn’t have to be as the mood and emotions are captured by the convincing acting.
The movie begins with the innocence of village life in 1948 Palestine pre-Nakba to the horror witnessed by Farha of a family being brutally massacred and the loss of that innocence.
The story is all the more poignant as it based on a true account.
