What rubbish tonight show was serve up 7 out of 10 raw quail and win. That goes to show that the producers want the B'S to continue. Get back to what show was not having the contestant cook in restaurants they are home good cooks not chefs. As a retired chef I seen people run hands through their hair dip their fingers in the food and taste it Iam surprised one of the professional Chefs Peted Manu and Colin havent said something about some of the bad hygiene practices in the kitchen. Last night we saw one putting lip stick on others mixing food by hand with nail polish on other occassion I have seen using towels to pick up thing then wipe plates wipe their heads with the same towel.

Watched the story about a Caltex manger being sacked for doing his job protecting the petrol station and customers I will never buy fuel again at a Caltex service station.
