The first 5 chapters or so were great... but really not very objective and a lot of the information was just wrong.
At one point he explains how traumatic situations cause hyper-vigilance which impacts attention.
Then almost immediately after, discusses how modern humans have much less life-threatening circumstances than out ancestors did. Followed by explaining that universal basic income is necessary because we are all too stressed out.
He can't even see his own contradictions in his writing. It was a painful book to get through.
