O come, Oh come Emanuel must be some of the finest choral music I have heard in many years. It is sublime. The orchestration and mood are so beautiful. I dont have a religious bone in my body, but you do not need to be able to truly appreciate the purity, depth and joy in this music, I loved the earlier Poor Clares offering - altho' some of this is adapted, I think it's even better.
