I've been contemplating whether I will watch this movie at first, but who never knew that it already took place in my heart after watching it? The movie started with students who went to visit an old apartment in which Kosuke's family resided before, then from there, they get to meet Natsume-this is where the sobering reality unfolds. Six of them dwelt into the memories of Natsume-memories of which were unhappy and melancholic. Noppo was represented as the memories of Natsume and Kosuke's past. As they journey along a grieving past, despite the struggles, eventually they all worked together, unified as one, and helped each other get through the day. It was a heartwarming and heartfelt movie. I can't seem to get over the scene where Noppo had to stop over at their place- a place where kids like him had to depart, it was sorrowful, but this scene depicted the reality where, we also have to come to terms with our past, that regardless of how challenging it is for us to move on from that pain that the past brought us, we have to let go, and live forward. Overall, I would give this movie an 11/10. It was worth watching, bawled my eyes out in the latter part of the movie.
