I cannot believe this movie is rated so low.
First Stallone movie simple, powerful plot. One good man against a corrupt, small town police system. Action sequences are awesome. Amazing stunts. Shot on small budget but grabs your attention from the start and it doesn't let go.
Rating system is broken.
Rotten Tomatoes got this all wrong.
