An interesting concept, especially since it is loosely based off of a real woman who was believed to have done the things they describe in the film. The main issue with this film is organization. Many things seem somewhat random or filmed badly. I missed an entire scare because the camera was all the way in the back of the group, and I couldn't see the event well because of it. The pacing is also all over the place, everything gets explained in the last five minutes of the film. If you are going to build up to a big reveal as to why the ghosts are still here and why they are upset, you can't devote the last five minutes to that, it needs to be explained more clearly. There was virtually no development in the lore of the ghosts and the house until the very end, which made it hard to understand. The ending also seems to completely ignore one of the characters, as in the last five minutes or so, I could not recall a single shot of her, a mention of her, or even dialogue from somewhere else, as if she was just an afterthought.
