This game is tough, not DS1 tough but still very tough. Don't go into this thinking I'm going to explore and have a jolly old time, you get killed alot by enemies that shouldn't kill you. You will rage quit and you will scream every name under the sun. After you have spent several hours grinding and running the same boss over and over dying repeatedly you feel like trash, but then you beat said boss with a slither of health and a head covered in sweat you will realise why these games are loved. The fun comes from overcoming your enemies after being steamrolled, not from 1 shotting everything you find. Dont buy this game and quit after a few hours due to losses, keep grinding and try to play atkeast 12 hours before you judge it. I promise you it will become an addiction. **** Edited**** This game rules, yes it's hard and yes it's got no quest objectives that take you were you need to go but the game is fun as hell! This game is a must buy, dont listen to the one star reviews they dog pile on the game for unessacry reasons just because its hard. I've seen comments saying you need to play this full time to get good, that is untrue. I'm a dad and I work full time, I get a couple of hours every other evening to play. Focus on grinding and learning attack Patterns and you will master this game and have a blast. Seriously this plays like no other RPG and is so immersive. Don't be a fool, buy this game.
