Told that if I signed up for thirty days it was a no question ask cancellation policy. My 30 days is coming to an end in 3 days and I have been battling them to get my account closed so I don’t get billed. They are requiring that I provide my credit card info in order to cancel my membership - they have my name and email they don’t need my credit card info. Yet their entire marketing platform is No B.S. kind of ironic wouldn’t you say??
