A listless play of Mockery and Farce. 👎👎👎

The entire concept is biblical, but not storyline. It has terribly went far away from christian teaching, biblical salutations on Virgin Mary full of Grace, and the righteous man Joseph. And some scenes in the temple are actually embarrassing. Portrayal of Joseph is seen as an immature figure, and Mary is seen always sad and fearful, rarely smilling! Fighting and making love affair are not actually much welcomed by the faithful. And the movie has a stark dark and sad tone in the background, however, I liked the marriage part, and childhood part etc. Afterall, it's a hollywood movie. It would be great and appreciated if they would have gone for a clearcut reference checks from Christian denominations, priests, theologian or mariology experts etc rather than appealing common men. If it would have kept religious and traditional faith base, the movie may have got warm welcome, wide acceptance and better rating.
