I know everyone is mad about who was casted as ariel, personally yes I do think ppl casted for live actions should look like the character from the animated films but halle was good I loved it so much ariel has always been my favorite princess so I was excited for the movie regardless

for those of you leaving bad reviews just because of the ending first of all, Victor actually liked Victoria, he literally tried escaping from emily like two times the only reason he decided to marry emily was because he found out victoria was getting married to another man. Also Emily is a literal corpse I love her but Victoria also deserved to be happy, literally listen to what Emily says at the end about stealing another brides happiness and that she didn’t want to do that, and she got to be free and happy at the end
