Adipurush is the dumbest, most horrendous movie of all time. The vfx was trash, I've seen mobile games with better cgi. Sri Lanka was portrayed in the most inaccurate way possible. In what world are gardens covered in black rocks except for 1 singular cherry blossom tree? Cherry blossoms aren't even native to Sri Lanka! THEY'RE JAPANESE!!! Sri Lanka is supposed to be beautiful, not dark and gloomy. Ravana is supposed to be fit and a Brahmin, so why is he feeding some bat thingy (that he never actually had, by the way) meat? Ravana's wife is also supposed to be considered a good woman and wife, so why isn't she even wearing a bindi in this movie? And wasn't Lakshmana supposed to chop Surpanaka's nose and ears off with a knife? Not shoot her nose with an arrow? Also the boon Ravana was supposedly given by Brahma was actually given to Hiranyakashipu! He was a whole different person and he was dead by that time (defeated by Narasimha). How could they make such a dumb mistake? And after that cutscene, Rama randomly figures out that he should aim for Ravana's stomach instead of his head. Wasn't Vibhishan supposed to tell him that? Also, the boon cutsccene felt so out of context.They also tried portraying Hanuman as clever and witty, but failed miserably. They completely changed Hanuman, he didn't even feel like Hanuman! So, in conclusion, they completely RUINED the Ramayana. Watch this at your own risk.
