A few years ago I saw the original stage musical The Band. Greatest Days is the film version of that. I enjoyed the stage show so I was interested to see how it transferred to screen. Fabulously, I thought. The film version takes you out and about, and is able to bring depth to the story and successfully intertwines, back and forth, the story of the five teenage fans with their older selves as the story progresses. Excellent in every way.
